Our high-grade ceremonial matcha is organically grown and harvested in Kagoshima, Japan — a region known for its rich volcanic soil and long-standing tea craftsmanship.
Only the youngest, shade-grown leaves are selected, then carefully stone-ground into a fine, vibrant powder before being blended in Western Australia for optimal freshness and purity.

How to Prepare

TRADITIONAL:
- Sift 1 tsp (≈5g) of matcha powder into a bowl or cup.
- Add 60ml of hot water (~75°C).
- Whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until smooth and frothy.
For a Hot Latte:
Add 150–200ml steamed milk of your choice.
For an Iced Latte:
Add 150–200ml cold milk and pour over ice.
